Naveen Kumar Pandey is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN-276664, EUIN E521164) and an IRDAI-licensed individual insurance agent appointed by Max Life Insurance, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and Care Health Insurance. He is also an independent direct seller of Asclepius Wellness Private Limited products.

We do not accept deposits, we do not hold client money, and we never take payment into a personal account. Every payment goes directly to the asset management company, the insurance company or the manufacturer through their official channels.

Everything published here is general information, written to be understood by someone who is not a specialist. It is not personalised advice and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It takes no account of your income, your commitments, your existing holdings, your tax position or your appetite for risk.

Product descriptions are simplified summaries. The authoritative document is always the scheme information document, the policy wording or the product label issued by the fund house, the insurer or the manufacturer. Where this website and that document differ, that document governs.

The calculators on this website are provided free, for your own personal use, to help you understand the arithmetic behind a decision. Each one states the formula's assumptions on its own page. Please read them.

As a distributor and an agent we are paid a commission or brokerage by the product provider. It is already built into the product, it is not charged to you separately, and we will tell you what it is on any product whenever you ask.

We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the site it points to.

We take responsibility for what we actually do: the advice we give in a conversation, the paperwork we help you complete, and the way we handle your information. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for a wilful default, or for anything Indian law does not permit us to exclude.

What we cannot take responsibility for is a decision you make on the strength of general information or a calculator on a web page, without speaking to us or to another suitably qualified professional. Any reliance you place on this website is at your own risk.

If your complaint is about a mutual fund scheme itself, it can also be raised with the asset management company and, failing that, through SEBI's SCORES platform. If it is about a policy, the insurer's grievance cell is the first step, followed by the IRDAI Bima Bharosa portal and the Insurance Ombudsman. If it is about a wellness product, Asclepius Wellness Private Limited handles product complaints and we will help you raise it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.

We may update these terms as the business or the site changes. The date below is the date of the version you are reading; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them stand.
